A man who previously faced a carnapping case was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Purok Boulevard, Brgy. 14, Bacolod City on Black Saturday, April 19.
Arrested was John Rolene Vargas, 21, of Purok Boulevard, Bacolod Police Station 1 reported.
Recovered from him were 15 grams of suspected shabu estimated to cost P102,000, and the buy-bust money, the police said.
The suspect is now detained at Police Station 1.*
