CHMSU receives books from Rotary Club Bacolod

The Rotary Club of Bacolod North donated copies of the book “Leaving a Legacy” to the Carlos Hilado Memorial State University on Monday, February 27.

Rotary Club President Shirley Mendoza-Maghari, past presidents Kendall Ang and Robert Cerrada, and Rotarian Vic Singh tuned over the books at the CHMSU Talisay (Main) Campus library, a press release from the university said.

Vice President for Academic Affairs Jay B. Estrellas, Director of Library and Information Services Ruvy M. Tuble, Director for Internationalization and External Relations Rhoderick K. Samonte, and faculty Jonathan Lobaton received the books on behalf of CHMSU.

The book “Leaving a Legacy” is a compilation of 25 inspirational journeys of self-discovery. The donated copies will be added to the library’s Filipiniana section.*
