
Carlos Hilado Memorial State University received the Platinum Cluster Award 2024 from the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines during the Innovation and Technology Support Office (ITSO) President’s Summit at the Sequoia Hotel in Parañaque City on Thursday, April 10.
The Platinum Cluster Award is IPOPHL’s highest distinction for innovation offices.
It honors exceptional performance in key milestones such as conducting foundation courses, conducting patent searches, drafting and filing at least seven invention patents, and successfully commercializing intellectual property, a press release from CHMSU said Monday.
President Norberto Mangulabnan, Director for Intellectual Property Management Armando Reosura, and TBI Manager Maria Genessa Zapanta represented CHMSU during the awarding ceremony.
CHMSU faculty members, staff, and officials were also recognized in a special commendation for their contributions to the achievement of the Platinum Cluster Award.
They were Director Reosura, Zapanta, Reynor Ereje, Jose Naldrix Rivera, Daisy Cari-an, Arnel Maghinay, April Rose Galeno, and La Riena Fierro.*
