A 43-year-old man wanted for a violent May 2025 election day shooting in Silay City, Negros Occidental, that left two people dead and eight others injured was arrested on Thursday, May 28.Police identified the accused as alias “Clar,” a resident of Brgy. Robles, La Castellana, who was also listed as the No. 1 most wanted person at the regional level in the Negros Island Region.The accused was arrested in Purok Paho, Brgy.
