BACOLOD CITY, Philippines — In July 2025, CISV Bacolod sent three delegations to join international programs in Brazil and Norway, carrying the banner of peace, friendship, and cultural understanding.Two Village delegations—CISV’s flagship four-week camp for 11-year-olds—traveled to São Paulo, Brazil and Bergen, Norway.
