Leading digital solutions platform Globe has reported a significant rise in fiber adoption among its broadband customers. In the past year, fiber subscribers have jumped by 35 percent, leading to an 84 percent surge in revenue compared to 2021.Globe recognizes the growing reliance on data by its customers, which requires more stable and faster connections that only fixed wired solutions can provide. Expect a fuel price rollback on Tuesday, March 21, Unioil announced Saturday.Diesel prices should go down by P1.70 to P1.80 per liter, and gasoline by P1.10 to P1.30 per liter from March 21 to 27, it said.On March 14 gasoline prices went up by P1 per liter, while diesel and kerosene prices fell by P0.10 and P0.60 per liter, respectively.Since the start of the year the price of gasoline has gone up by P6.70 per liter, while price drops of P1 and P1.65 were seen for diesel and kerosene, the Department of Energy's price monitor showed.*

Ceneco's residential rate for March.*Central Negros Electric Cooperative’s (CENECO) power rate has dropped by P1.2040 per kWh, while Negros Occidental Electric Cooperative’s (NOCECO) is up by P0.8373/kWh in March. CENECO’s average residential rate for March is P13.6716/kWh, a decrease of P1.2040/kWh, from last month’s rate of P14.8756/kwh, its acting general manager Arnel Lapore said on Friday, March 17.He attributed the P1.2040/kWh drop to a decrease in Palm Concepcion Power Corporation’s 20MW fuel cost from P7.87/kWh to P4.19/kWh or a downward adjustment of P3.68/kwh; decrease in PCPC 35MW fuel cost from P9.9440/kWh to P9.6821/kWh or a downward adjustment of P0.2619/kwh; and PCPC extended fuel discount of P1.05/kWh for the February 2023 billing of its 35MW Power Supply Agreement....
