Capitol signs MOA with TTEC for employment opportunities

Negros Occidental Gov. Eugenio Jose Lacson signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Teletech Customer Care Management Philippine Branch (TTEC), represented by Executive Director Corazon Deanon and Bacolod Site Lead Grace Joy Cuelo, at the Capitol in Bacolod City on Thursday, October 6.

The agreement aims to help the Negros Occidental Language and Information Technology Center (NOLITC) graduates find internship and employment opportunities with TTEC.

The MOA also states that the BPO company will provide NOLITC with pre-employment, entry-level, and permanent employee evaluation/assessment of NOLITC graduates.

Both parties agreed to collaborate for job fairs, job postings, school activities, and training and workshops to improve the skills of both NOLITC’s students and staff.
