Mayor Salvador Escalante Jr., the brain behind CCEAP, said this educational program he designed 23 years ago will forever be a legacy in their city.

“This is meant for every Cadiznon, who really wishes to better his or her life through a college education,” the mayor said.

“And CCEAP will always serve as a formidable vehicle to transport Cadiznons’ dreams to realities”, he said.

Escalante said that CCEAP cannot cover the scholars’ entire financial needs, but the assistance given to them could really spell a lot of differences in their pursuit of college degrees.

“Seeing CCEAP alumni thriving, leading and shining in the communities here and abroad is truly heart-warming,” Escalante said.*
