
Barangay Robles, which staged a comeback in this year’s Bailes de Luces Festival in La Castellana town, Negros Occidental, won seven out of eight awards Friday night, January 5.

Negros Occidental governor Eugenio Jose Lacson and Rep. Emilio Yulo III (Neg. Occ., 5th district, Neg. Occ.) who joined the event lauded the local officials headed by Mayor Rhummyla Nicor- Mangilimutan for the staging of the Bailes de Luces.
They also committed to support the Bailes de Luces team that will compete in the World Championship of Performing Arts in Long Beach, California, this year, the mayor said.*
