An incentive of P100,000 will be given to a Negrense who topped the June 2025 Special Professional Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers in the Secondary level, Rep. Emilio Yulo III (Neg. Occ., 5th District) said on Saturday, June 28.
Reyno Jison Abasolo, a graduate of the Binalbagan Catholic College, topped the examination with a 90.60 percent rating.
Abasolo is the pride of the 5th District, Yulo said, adding he hopes he serves as inspiration to other students.
“This is not just a victory for him, it’s a victory for all those studying in small schools,” he said.
Graduates from the 5th District who top board examinations will be given incentives of P100,000, Yulo said.*
