A man was found dead beside a sugarcane plantation in Hacienda Esperanza, Brgy. Payao, Binalbagan, Negros Occidental, on Tuesday, Jan. 2.
The 51-year-old man had stab wounds on his body, the police reported.
The victim was a laborer from Sitio Talangkay, Brgy. Payao.
He was brought to a funeral home in Binalbagan and subjected to a post-mortem examination, the police reported.*
