Celebrity couple Sarah Geronimo and Matteo Guidicelli along with Bacolod Mayor Alfredo Abelardo Benitez, Greg Davis – Landers chief executive officer and president, Kevin L. “I was told this is the largest Landers in the whole Philippines and they are happy because even before opening 43,000 from Bacolod had already registered for membership,” Benitez said.

“In other words we’re getting there in terms of development and progress. The investors are confident in Bacolod, you would not spend this much if you have no confidence in the market,” Benitez said.

More international brands are also investing in Bacolod, he said.

Graham Coates, Megaworld Lifestyle Malls head, said the Landers Superstore in Bacolod is located on 2.5 hectares and because it is the biggest in the country it can carry more products.

The Landers Superstore is located near two condominiums and will also eventually be connected to the soon-to-rise Upper East Mall through a bridgeway, Harold Geronimo, Megaworld vice president and head of PR and media affairs, said.

Landers Superstore, the fastest growing membership shopping store, is bringing with it an unparalleled selection of world-class products, exclusive deals, and innovative perks never before seen in this region, its press release said.

Landers Bacolod sports a completely upgraded façade and color scheme that exudes a modern industrial vibe.

The interiors, on the other hand, feature a shopper-friendly layout with spacious aisles and well-lit signages complemented by high, airy ceilings, beautiful wall accents, tasteful product displays, and wide glass windows that allow natural light to flow in, making every visit truly Instagram-worthy, it said.

Other highlights of the store include its cozy membership lounge and dining area, accessibility features like PWD ramps, and expansive parking space.

The store carries a well-curated mix of grocery staples including fresh produce sourced from local farms as well as exclusive items like hard-to-find brands and high quality but affordable private labels.

For food options, Landers Bacolod has its own restaurant and coffee shop.

Landers Central is a New York-inspired diner that serves pizzas, pastas, fried chicken, hotdogs in buns, French fries, and salads.

Doppio Café, on the other hand, serves brewed coffee, milk tea, blended drinks, and tasty desserts.
