Bacolod Rep. Alfredo Abelardo Benitez on Monday, Sept. 15, said he is encouraging public participation in a flood control summit set to be held in Bacolod City.
They aim is to come up with a comprehensive master plan for Bacolod, he said.
Inputs from Bacolodnons are welcome, Benitez said.
Benitez said he is also calling on the public to report problems in the implementation of flood control projects in the city, and to give suggestions and advise.*
