Police arrested the No. 5 municipal-level most wanted person of La Trinidad, Benguet, for robbery with violence against or intimidation of persons in Brgy. Poblacion 2, Sagay City, Negros Occidental, recently.
The suspect was identified as Roy Martimosa or alias “Roy”, 32, married, jobless, and a resident of Sitio Tulu-ato, Brgy. Pinapugasan, Escalante City.
Police said the arrest was carried out at around 2:30 p.m. on Feb. 3 through a Manhunt Charlie operation conducted by the tracker team of the Sagay City Police Station.
Authorities said Martimosa was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest for robbery with violence against or intimidation of persons under Criminal Case No. 25L-CR-16192.
The warrant was issued on Dec. 12, 2025 by Regional Trial Court Branch 10 in La Trinidad, Benguet, presided by Judge Jorge S. Manois Jr., with recommended bail set at P100,000.
The suspect is currently detained at Sagay City Police Station.*
