
The police have filed a criminal complaint for murder for the fatal shooting of a car rental service owner in Brgy. 23, Bacolod City.
The Bacolod City Police Office said on Sunday that the complaint was filed before the City Prosecutor’s Office on Nov. 19 following the investigation into the Nov. 8 shooting along Galo BBB, Purok Masinlolondon.
The victim, identified in the police report as “Jagger,” died after he was shot multiple times.
The suspect was identified as alias “Stanley”, a resident of Victorias City.
BCPO said investigators were able to establish the details of the incident and gather the evidence needed to pursue the complaint.
The police said that the filing of charges forms part of their continuing effort to ensure justice and maintain peace and order in the city.*
