The Bacolod City Veterinary Office (BCVO) is getting a boost.
Dr. John Michael Cabuguason, Victorias City veterinarian, is joining the BCVO early next year as assistant department head, Bacolod Mayor Alfredo Abelardo Benitez said Tuesday, Dec. 19.
He can help look into complaints against the management of the Bacolod slaughterhouse and other concerns, and make recommendations, Benitez said.*
