The police seized close to P2 million in shabu and arrested five persons in three buy bust operations in Bacolod City on Friday and Sunday, June 14 and 16.
The Bacolod police seized 205 grams of suspected shabu valued at P1,394,000 at Purok Lubi, Barangay 3, 12 a.m. Sunday.
Arrested were Belmer Francia, tagged as a high value drug individual, and Wilfrando Francia for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, the Bacolod police reported.
The Bacolod police also arrested Murphy Tillaflor and Gerald Marcelo, tagged as high value drug individuals, at the Old Runway, Purok Kapalaran, Barangay Singcang-Airport, at 11:43 p.m. Friday.
The police said they seized 80 grams of suspected shabu worth P544,000 and a .38 caliber revolver with ammunition.
Also apprehended was Kevin Eurecial at Purok Sunrise II, Barangay Taculing at 11:31 p.m. Friday, the police reported.
The police said they seized 2.5 grams of suspected shabu from him worth P17,000.*
