Murder charges have been filed against the suspect in a shooting incident at a vacant lot in Brgy. Handumanan, Bacolod City, the Bacolod City Police Office reported on Tuesday, Feb. 4.
The Bacolod Police Station 10 filed murder charges against alias “Intong”, a resident of Brgy. Felisa, who allegedly shot Arnold Caballes on Jan. 22, the BCPO said.
Police investigation revealed that while the victim was driving his motorcycle, the suspect who was also driving a motorcycle bumped him causing him to fall.
When the victim fell from the motorcycle, the suspect shot the victim despite his pleading for his life, the police added.
