Bacolod Law Dean Ralph Sarmiento launched his third book, “Bar Exam Logic: Mastering Legal Reasoning for the Bar Exam and Practice of Law,” published by Central Books, on Friday, February 2, at the publisher’s head office in Quezon City.
Sarmiento, who has returned as the Dean of the College of Law at the University of St. La Salle (USLS), is also the author of a Bar Reviewer on Public International Law and Bar Exam English, a press release said.
His latest book aims to sharpen law students’ legal reasoning for the Bar exams and their legal careers.
The author graduated with an AB in Political Science from the University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos (UNO-R) in 1992 and was a member of the pioneer class of the USLS College of Law in 1997.
After graduating Magna Cum Laude in 1997, he placed 10th in the Philippine Bar Examinations.
He served as the Law Dean of the USLS College of Law from 2010 to 2016 and has recently returned to the position this academic year.
Sarmiento has been a Bar reviewer and lecturer on International Law for many years and is also a coach and judge in national and international moot court competitions.*
