The Bacolod City police arrested two high-value drug personalities and seized suspected shabu worth P578,000 in a buy-bust operation in Brgy. Villamonte, Bacolod City, on Monday, Sept. 23.
The suspects were identified only as a 42-year-old male and 24-year-old female of Purok Bayanihan, Brgy Villamonte.
The operation, led by the City Drug Enforcement Unit resulted in the recovery of 85 grams of suspected shabu.
The suspects, who are currently detained, will face charges for violation of RA 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.*
