Bacolod AL1 until March 31 allows full venue capacity

Mayor Evelio Leonardia has issued an executive order extending the period of Alert Level 1 in Bacolod City until March 31, which allows all establishments, persons, or activities to operate, work, or be undertaken at full on-site or venue seating capacity.

Leonardia in Executive Order No. 10 Series of 2022 released Thursday, March 17, said such establishments must continue to observe minimum public health standards (MPHS) such as proper wearing of face masks, conducting body temperature checks, and using the Bactrac ID system.

All on-site employees of these establishments or organizers of activities must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, the EO added.

Curfew hours from midnight to 4 a.m. and the lifted liquor ban will remain, the EO added.

The face-to-face classes for basic education will be subject to prior approval of the Office of the President. The classes in college and graduate school categories may opt for a face-to-face modality subject, however, to compliance with Section E of the Inter Agency Task Force Resolution No. 164, Series of 2022 dated March 10, it added.

Offices of the Bacolod City government will revert to full on-site capacity. The work-from-home and other flexible work arrangements for the Bacolod LGU are deemed suspended until further advice, the EO added.

Unvaccinated government employees are required to present negative RT-PCR or Rapid Antigen Test results at their personal expense for on-site reporting, the EO said.
