Bacolod Police assistance desks (B-PAD) have been stationed at Churches in the city during “Simbang Gabi” masses as part of the “Bacolod Ligtas Paskuhan” anti-criminality campaign during the holiday season.
Col. Noel Aliño, Bacolod police director, has directed all police station commanders to increase police visibility and establish standby points in their jurisdictions.
The program is their commitment to provide a secure and accessible environment for Bacolod City residents throughout the festive season, Aliño said.*
