A day after a newly-opened cafe was robbed in Brgy Bunga, Don Salvador Benedicto, another food establishment was also hit by thieves in Barangay Igmayaan on Thursday, April 28.
The suspects gained entry to the restaurant by destroying the wooden grills. They carted away P58,000 in cash that was kept in a drawer.
Police said the two robberies were perpetrated by different groups.
The incident was captured on a closed-circuit television, but the police could not identify the suspects because the footage was not clear.*
