A man who was reported to be stealing bananas in his neighborhood was shot dead inside his hut in Purok Roma, Brgy. Singcang-Airport, Bacolod City, on Saturday, Feb. 15.
The police said alias ” Rolando”, 29, was found dead by his child inside his house.
The victim had a wound on his head and the police found an empty shell of an unknown firearm inside the house.
The police said the victim was often reported for allegedly stealing bananas from his neighbors.
The police are still conducting an investigation to identify his assailant and the motive for the crime.
