The police have arrested the sixth most wanted person in Bayawan City, Negros Oriental, who is facing murder and attempted murder charges.
Alias “Felipe”, 34, was arrested in Brgy. Ubos, Bayawan City, the Police Community Affairs and Development Group-Region 7 reported on Monday, February 12.
His warrant of arrest was issued by Regional Trial Court Branch 63 Judge Maria Myla Rae Santos in Bayawan City.
No bail was recommended for the murder charges, while a P120,000 bail was set for the attempted murder raps.
The suspect is currently detained at the Bayawan City Police Station.*
