A man listed as the fourth most wanted person in Negros Occidental for acts of lasciviousness was arrested in Sitio Candanque, Brgy. Azagra, Tanjay City, on Wednesday afternoon, Dec. 3.
The police said the arrest was made at around 1:42 p.m. by personnel of the Tanjay City Police Station.
The suspect was apprehended by virtue of a warrant for Lascivious Conduct under Section 5(b) of Republic Act 7610, issued on Dec. 2 by Family Court Judge Ethyl B. Eleccion-Vidal of Branch 17, Tanjay City.
He is now under police custody for documentation and appropriate disposition.*
