Four persons were injured after three suspects stabbed them during a fiesta celebration in Purok Liwayway, Brgy. Sewahon 1, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental, on Monday, Aug. 19.
The police said four male residents from barangays VF Gustilo and Sewahon were injured after they were stabbed by three men.
The police withheld the names of the victims and suspects.
The suspects were drunk and armed with bladed weapons when they attacked the victims, the police reported.
The victims incurred stab wounds in their abdomen, arms, and fingers.
Three of the victims were brought to the Teresita Lopez Jalandoni Provincial Hospital in Silay City while one was an outpatient.
The three suspects fled after the incident.*
