The Philippine Army’s 303rd Infantry Brigade celebrated its 35th Founding Anniversary at Camp Gerona in Brgy Minoyan, Murcia, Negros Occidental, on Saturday, July 3.
Brig. Gen. Inocencio Pasaporte, 303rd IB brigade commander, led a series of activities that included a wreath-laying ceremony, mass, blessing of vehicles and equipment, awarding of Military Merit Medals to its personnel, and a program while observing the COVID-19 health and safety protocols.
“Our accomplishments would not have been possible without the individual and collective performances of our soldiers on the ground; thus, it is just timely and right to give due credit for all of their sacrifices and their dedication to duty,” Pasaporte said.
“Let us always work together for the greater aspiration of peace and development for the Filipino nation especially in support of our unit’s mission accomplishments. We will exemplify honor, patriotism, and duty,” he added. *
