29 contestants join Lin-ay sang Negros

Twenty-nine contestants representing Negros Occidental’s towns and cities in the 2024 Lin-ay sang Negros pageant were presented during the launching of the Panaad sa Negros Festival at Capitol Park and Lagoon in Bacolod City on Monday, March 18.

Out of the 32 towns and cities of the province, only Manapla, Pulupandan, and Valladolid do not have contestants.

The candidates are Elli Rose Elola of Bacolod City, Stephanie Kyle Salimbot of Bago City, Lestly Paclauna of Binalbagan, Ayha Jane Sucajel of Cadiz City, LJ Delima of Calatrava, Queencyl Kaye Tiwanac of Candoni, Zoe Clarisse Limson of Cauayan, Eynna Mei Lu of E.B. Magalona;

Sawdia Shadia Soliva of Escalante City, Ryza Fortuna of Himamaylan City, Gelisa Marie Nangan of Hinigaran, Uriel Minaves of Hinoba-an, Patricia Ysabel Galapino of Ilog, Hannah Fornis of Isabela, Camela Kyla Badillo of La Carlota City, Marie Louise Adolacion of La Castellana;

Leanne Florentino of Moises Padilla, Deanne Yvette Guinanao of Murcia, Crizwin Claire Española of Pontevedra, Urica Jane Zerrudo of Sagay City, Rio Calonia of San Carlos City, Carlyn Claire Silva of San Enrique, Arianah Dimson of Silay City, Ed Marie Aguilar of Sipalay City, Roshyn Kate Jamantoc of Talisay City, Girlie Ann Gadiano of Toboso, and Kyla Rose Romarate of Victorias City.

A series of activities will be conducted prior to their coronation night on April 19 at the Panaad Stadium.

The Lin-ay sang Negros Press Presentation and Talent Competition will be on April 12, Festival Costume on April 14, and Corporate Day and Preliminary Q&A on April 16, all at Ayala Malls Capitol Central Bacolod.*
