Victorias City is officially launching its 27th Kadalag-an Festival at the Activity Center of the Ayala Malls Capitol Central in Bacolod City 4 p.m. Wednesday, March 5.
The grand unveiling of the exciting activities lined up for this year’s celebration will be held during the launch, a press release from Victorias said.
The naming of the official candidates for this year’s Search for the Sidlak Kadalag-an Queen will also be held during their sashing ceremony and press presentation during the Kadalag-an launch.*
