Two persons were killed in separate shooting incidents in Bacolod City in the last three days.
Nilo Payo, 59, was killed in Prk. Malipayon, Brgy. 35, on Sunday, November 13.
The victim was found beside the seashore with multiple gunshot wounds.
Police are looking at a grudge as the motive for the killing, adding that the victim was charged with murder in 2007. He was released from the National Bilibid Prison through parole.
Bryan Diaz, 41, of Silay City was shot to death at Prk. Fortune B, Brgy. Estefania. On Friday, November 11.
The victim was sitting on his black motorcycle when an unidentified person approached and shot him, the police said.
The victim sustained a gunshot wound on the head.
Police have yet to establish the motive for the killing.*
