Two persons were killed in separate shooting incidents in Bacolod City on Thursday, Sept. 12.
Mark Rouven Sison, 39, died after he was shot by a man pretending to be a food delivery rider in Purok Pepsi Zone 1, Brgy. Bata, Thursday night.
The victim was sitting in his tricycle when the suspect shot him, the police reported.
Sison sustained multiple gunshot wounds resulting to his death while the suspect fled in an unknown direction.
The police found drug paraphernalia in the victim’s bag and are investigating if the motive for the killing was connected to the illegal drug trade.
Meanwhile, Reman Quiñanola of Brgy. Bantayan, Kabankalan City, was found dead in a sugarcane field in Brgy. Vista Alegre, Bacolod.
Capt. Dax Santillan, Police Station 7 commander, said the victim was possibly shot in the head.*
