A 1-year-old child of Tumandok Village in EB Magalona, Negros Occidental, is suffering from a congenital heart problem and needs help for her maintenance medicine and laboratory tests.
Xiebbianna Ace Rosquillo who was born on Dec. 22, 2019, looks a lot smaller than children her age.
Her mother, Maryrose, said her husband Ernie Rosquillo is a security guard who is currently out of a job and they need help for their child to live.
“My husband is still applying for a job,” she said.
“Our doctor said when Xiebbianna is three to four years old she will need an operation,” she added.
