One man was killed while his brother was injured in a shooting incident in Purok Active, Brgy. Mandalagan, Bacolod City, on Monday morning, Sept. 29.
Police identified the victims only by their aliases as Harold and Harley, both residents of Brgy. Mandalagan.
The two were riding a motorcycle on their way home when they were fired upon by suspects riding on a red motorcycle without a plate number.
Harold sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the head, while his brother Harley was rushed to a hospital for treatment.
The Scene of the Crime Operatives processed the scene and they recovered an unknown calibre of firearm and four bullets from Harold’s bag.
The Bacolod City Police Office said follow-up investigations are underway to identify and arrest the suspects. Further updates will be released as the probe continues.*
