Twenty-nine barangays in Bacolod City have been without any COVID-19 infections, while 14 other villages have had only at least three cases in the past two weeks from November 9 to 22, Executive Director Em Legaspi Ang of the Emergency Operations Center-Task Force, said in a press release Monday, November 22.
Areas with zero COVID- 19 case are barangays Alangilan, 2, 3, 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 15, 16, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 32, 33, 34, 35, 37, 38, 40 and 41, an EOC report showed.
Barangays Punta Taytay, Montevista, 4, 5, 11, 18, 19, 31, 36 and 39 recorded one case each, while barangays 7, 14 and 17 had two cases within 14 days, it added.
Handumanan, meanwhile had three COVID-19 infections during the same period, the EOC said.
The city also had 23 barangays without a single case of COVID-19 from October 28 to November 10, it added.*
