More than 100 vehicles joined a caravan in support of the presidential bid of Vice President Leni Robredo in Murcia, Negros Occidental, Wednesday morning, December 8, an organizer said.
The Murcia for Leni group organized the caravan with vehicles decorated with Robredo tarpaulins, and pink balloons and ribbons, Mizpah Cagape, one of the organizers, said.
They held the caravan to show their support for Robredo and to urge others to vote for her, Cagape said.
“We are campaigning hard for her and have a lot of other activities lined up”, she added.
The Laban for Leni Negros Occidental also held a night bike ride for Robredo at the Capitol Lagoon Park area in Bacolod City Wednesday night.
The bikers dressed in pink also had pink stars and lights on their bikes.*
