Gov. Eugenio Jose Lacson said he will deliver his annual State of the Province Address (SOPA) virtually through the official Facebook page of the provincial government of Negros Occidental at 2 p.m. Wednesday, August 25.
Among the highlights of the SOPA will be the efforts made by the provincial government in addressing the COVID-19 pandemic, Lacson said Monday, August 23.
Lacson said he will also present the accomplishments made by the Capitol departments and offices.
He said credit will be given to them for their accomplishments and for doing their share in good governance despite the pandemic.*
