A Collective Negotiation Agreement that guarantees Negros Occidental provincial government employees an annual bonus of P25,000 for three years and six-day felial leaves was signed Friday, October 27.
The CNA was signed by Gov. Eugenio Jose Lacson and Ruben Diamante, Progressive Alliance of Capitol Employees chairman, at the Governor’s Office.
The agreement will benefit 2,012 provincial government permanent employees and 706 casuals, Provincial Administrator Rayfrando Diaz said.
Diamante said the renewed CNA will cover a three-year period from 2024 to 2026.
This assures the continued granting of the P25,000 collective negotiation incentive bonus, he said.
The new CNA also increases the felial or special privilege leaves granted Capitol employees from three to six days, Diamante said.*
