A fishpond worker was electrocuted in Purok Bibo, Brgy. Himoga-an Baybay, Sagay City, Negros Occidental, on Monday, February 26.
The 53-year-old man, whose name was withheld by the police, was found dead at the entrance of his workplace.

Witnesses said that the victim was accidentally electrocuted when he touched an uninsulated metal casing of a carwash machine.
The victim was brought to the Cadiz City Health Office but was declared dead on arrival.*
