A fish vendor died when his tricycle collided with a multicab along the national highway in Brgy. Tibsoc, San Enrique, Negros Occidental, on Tuesday, Jan. 21.
Alias “Reynaldo”, 76, of Brgy. Tagda, Hinigaran, died after his tricycle collided with the multicab driven by alias “Herwil”, 29, of Brgy. Salvacion, Murcia.
Both vehicles were on opposite lanes when Reynaldo reportedly lost control of his tricycle, a police report said.
Due to the impact of the collision, the victim was thrown off his tricycle and incurred serious injuries in different parts of his body, causing his death.
The police are waiting for the victim’s family of decide whether to file a case against the multicab driver or agree to a settlement.*
