Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello III and Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade will be in Bacolod City Tuesday, November 9, to release assistance and projects to Negrenses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
They are expected to release TUPAD (Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers) assistance and Department of Labor and Employment Kabuhayan Projects at the Negros Residences in Bacolod City, Provincial Administrator Rayfrando Diaz said.
About 190 beneficiaries are expected at the rites, he said.*
