Tongson hopes for maximized projects in Negros Occidental

Himamaylan City Mayor Raymund Tongson said on Monday, May 16, that he hopes their networks in Manila can be maximized for more infrastructure projects for Negros Occidental under a Marcos administration.

Tongson, Team BBM 2022 regional chair, said “it’s high time for us to realize now that at the end of day we need to unite as one people here in the province of Negros Occidental”.

“Hopefully we can appeal for everybody to support our incoming president and vice president because at the end of the day what we want for Negros is to maximize programs and projects,” he said.

It was a good and close fight for the presidency in Negros Occidental for Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and Vice President Leni Robredo, he said.

“Of course we have to accept that Leni won (in Negros Occidental). Congratulations to those who supported her,” he said.

However, Marcos has been leading by a wide margin in the national count.*
