Suspected members of the New People’s Army (NPA) burned a backhoe in Barangay Camindangan, Sipalay City in Negros Occidental Thursday night, March 24.
About 30 to 50 armed men used an improvised explosive device (IED) to set the backhoe on fire, the police said.
The equipment was owned by Jaime B. Ching Enterprise.
The damage incurred to equipment has yet to be determined.*
