The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) – Negros Occidental and police operatives arrested a high-value target and seized suspected shabu worth P204,000 in a buy-bust operation at Purok 5, Brgy. 4, Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental, Dec. 12.
Juvy Gutierrez, alias “Tangla”, 44, was arrested and 30 grams of suspected shabu were seized from him, the PDEA-6 reported.
The PDEA received a tip from a resident who called the “Isumbong mo sa PDEA” hotline.
The suspect will face charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act, the PDEA said.*
