The New People’s Army- Roselyn Jean Pelle Command Northern Negros Guerilla Front on Friday, Dec. 15, claimed meting the death penalty on three individuals in Calatrava, Negros Occidental, for various alleged crimes.
Meted the death penalty were Delberto Aurita, barangay tanod Angelo Dela Cruz, and Welfredo Brasona on Dec. 14, 10, and 2, respectively, the NPA said.
The death penalties were meted on Aurita and dela Cruz for alleged rape, and Brasona for allegedly spying on the NPA, the statement said.*
