No more illegal drug groups in NegOcc, NOCPPO says

There are no remaining illegal drug groups in the Negros Occidental, the police reported on Tuesday, Jan. 7.

Capt. Judesses Catalogo, Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office spokesperson, said that in 2019 seven illegal drug groups were being monitored in the province but they no longer exist because of intensified police operations.

Most of the leaders of these drug groups have already been neutralized or arrested, he said.

The Caunda Drug Group has been reported to still be operating in Bacolod City.*
