Police arrested Negros Oriental’s No. 5 provincial most wanted person during a manhunt operation in Mabinay on Sunday morning, July 5.
The accused was apprehended at around 8:10 a.m. in Brgy. Poblacion by personnel of the Mabinay Police Station.
Police said the arrest was carried out by virtue of a warrant for murder and no bail was recommended by the court.
He was brought to the Mabinay Municipal Police Station for proper disposition and further legal proceedings.
The Negros Oriental Police Provincial Office said the operation forms part of its continuing campaign against wanted persons.*
