Forbes Hill, Megaworld Corp.’s first upscale village outside Metro Manila located at the boundary of the cities of Bacolod and Talisay in Negros Occidental, has seen a boost in sales with 90 percent of its residential lots sold.
The premier residential project is part of the 53-hectare Northill Gateway township of Megaworld. This up-and-coming lifestyle district is located along the Bacolod-Silay Airport Access Road.
According to the property giant, houses at its 15-hectare high-end residential development are now built at lots ranging from 449 square meters to 861 square meters.
Property owners can also opt to combine adjacent lots.
Among the features of Forbes Hill is its clubhouse, which sits on almost half a hectare of land. It is now operational and lot owners can already use the amenities, which include a basketball court, ballroom, function rooms, fitness center, game and entertainment room, swimming pool, and lounge.
Forbes Hill also highlights a European-inspired giant fountain just outside its main gate.
In December, the first McDonald’s NXTGen store in Negros Occidental is opening at Northill Gateway, just beside the iconic Bacolod City Welcome Marker.
NXTGen is a new store format of McDonald’s that is equipped with a multi-point service system that enables a fast, convenient, and seamless experience.
The McDonald’s NXTGen store will feature innovations such as self-ordering kiosks and drive-thru services with a hand-held order-taking system. The store will also have a green wall, alfresco dining area, “Bike and Dine Area,” and McCafe.
The new McDonald’s store will just be a few steps away from Forbes Hill, giving its future residents convenient access.*
