Negros Occidental Gov. Eugenio Jose Lacson and Vice Gov. Jeffrey Ferrer led the launching of the 28th Panaad sa Negros Festival and the Lin-ay sang Negros 2024 candidates’ sashing ceremony at the Capitol Park and Lagoon in Bacolod City on Monday, March 18.

Lacson said he is confident the 2024 Panaad sa Negros Festival at the Panaad Park and Stadium in Mansilingan, Bacolod City, from April 15 to 21 with the support of all the mayors will be “a huge success”.

“The provincial government, together with our partners, is going to great lengths to make this year’s Panaad as enjoyable and memorable as possible for both tourists and locals alike,” Lacson said in his speech.

“Let us embrace this opportunity to showcase the best of Negros Occidental and to create lasting memories,” he added.*
