A 54-year-old man and his son were injured when they were stabbed at a birthday party in Purok 5, Brgy. Laga-an, Calatrava, Negros Occidental, on Tuesday, Oct. 15.
Eduardo Ancahan, 54, a widower, and his minor son, were stabbed by alias “Labyog”, 54.
A heated argument ensued at the party and the minor was injured when he parried the attack of the suspect.
The father tried to pacify the commotion and was stabbed by the suspect in the stomach.
The victims were brought to Calatrava Municipal Hospital, while the suspect fled.*
